I began my career in Interior Design in 1995 in Kingston Ontario. My first project  was to renovate and redesign the Junior Ranks Club at CFB Kingston. I hired a Company, Tall Pines Interiors, to guide me and partner with me since, I was a very new designer, just graduated, and this was a very large project. The project consisted of the dance hall which we modernized as a Disco, the wet bar which was done in beautiful cherry wood and brass for a more masculine vibe, the fabric for table clothes and chairs done in pleather was deep blue, silver grey and fuchsia, the dry bar, done in modular block style white furnishings, gold and brown tweed fabric on the modular chairs and love seats.  3 offices upstairs plus the games room and billiards room which we did in a creamy white and burned orange theme. It was a success and  from there I went on to complete hundreds of different projects. I have been doing projects for 25 years. I have loved every minute of it, moving all across Canada from Saint John New Brunswick to Victoria BC. I travelled to Germany, Belgium, and Holland to study European Architecture, which was immensely invigorating and educational, giving me incredible design inspiration, which I have at times and in some projects incorporated into my design work.
